The Gamay Gang is turning two and we're having it extra large after the washout that was 2020's festivities.
To kick things off we have re-mixed our fastest ever selling case to include four stand out Gamays from the past two years. So let's get this party started the Cellar's way.
La Volcanique, Verdier Logel
17.00 > 15.30
Rich Gamay from Volcanic soils. Lovely, juicy cherry notes with lovely aromatic notes of pink peppercorn. Made by Jacky Logel and Odile Verdier, two wonderful and humble humans, this has been a staple on our wine list since day one. Incredible value and simply beautiful.
Morgon, Jean Foillard

The Classic Morgon from one of Cellars' all-time heroes. Bright, juicy, and fresh. - this is made in an easy-going style and is a joy to drink - try it chilled or give it some time to breathe to discover its serious side. The Classic Morgon from one of Cellars' all-time heroes. Ext' Hase, Jean Max
26.00 . 23.40
Jean Max is an exciting young talent in the south of Beaujolais. After wine school, he cut his teeth with Domaine La Soufrandière and worked a vintage with natural wine pioneer Yvon Métras. The wine is on the lighter side for Gamay with incredibly pure and pretty fruit, lovely freshness, and top-drinkability factor. Get this a little chilled for ultimate refreshment. Super-limited - this is the last of our allocation - Just 1500 bottles made.
Tisane de Bois Tordu, La Dernier Goutte
23.00 > 20.70
Juicy and structured with just a hint of the wild side - a perfect take on natural Gamay. This is labeled as a Vin de France, but the grapes are sourced from a single plot of old vines within the Brouilly appellation of Beaujolais.
